The Logibit 1260 amplifier is developed using the Pulse Width Modulation principle. Using this technique, the product is able to send much more energy into the loop compared to traditional amplifiers. This means larger coverage, better sound, and a smaller amplifier compared to others on the market. Since much more of the energy goes into the loop, less heat is accumulated in the amplifier, resulting in a product that is more reliable and lasts longer. The amplifier has two microphone/line inputs. Additionally, the user can activate phantom power to each of the inputs when it is used for certain microphones. A tape recorder can be connected directly without using any of the mentioned inputs. The Logibit amplifier automatically equalizes itself according to the size of the loop. This way, the amplifier will always be adjusted optimally for the size of the room loop. The amplifier was developed with a dual function AGC: one function ensures that unpleasant short and loud noises are reduced and the other function provides the user with a constant, even volume. All adjustments of the amplifier are made using four easy-touch buttons on the front of the amplifier. The Logibit can be enhanced with either a module including another three microphone/line inputs or a module prepared for two RF receivers for cordless microphones. The LogiBit 1260 includes a loudspeaker amplifier.
