The analog Field teleloop system is an ideal solution for listening to the TV, stereo, MP3 player or most any sound source. When the user's hearing instrument is switched to a T-position, sound from the connected source is transmitted wirelessly from the inductive loop system and picked up directly by the hearing instrument - without any background noise. Field can also be used for personal conversations. The other person simply uses a microphone that connects into the back of the Field. The hearing aid user can easily hear them through the teleloop system. Field has been utilized in banks, pharmacies, doctor's offices, and other public venues where clear understanding of a private conversation is critical. Field can be used in almost any environment - at home, in a classroom, in public places, and in meeting rooms up to 600 square feet in area. The Field system transmits a signal through a wire placed around the perimeter of the listening area or through an individual chair pad that concentrates the signal in one area for one user. This kit includes an analog Field teleloop amplifier, the wire, staples and a cushion loop for transmitting the signal, connecting cable and transformer.
