The Silhouette is an ideal product for hands free telephone conversations. The Silhouette is connected directly to the mobile phone and the ear hook(s) is placed behind the ear next to the hearing instrument. The hearing instrument is adjusted to the T-position (telecoil) and the sound is transferred to the hearing aid via magnetic induction. Like most phone head sets, the unit comes with an integrated microphone that can be clipped on the clothing.
