LOOP INSTALLATION DESIGN AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Terry Simon received his Industrial Engineering Degree from Michigan State University. He worked his way through the engineering discipline into product and business development. His projects ranged from tooth paste dispensers and household goods to a completely automated factory. He holds nine patents and one software copyright. Terry is part owner and founder of three companies that provide consulting, software and equipment to various industries. Inspired by the founders of Wireless Hearing Solutions, Terry created a successful loop installation business through his wife’s hearing center.
AUDIOLOGY SUPPORT
Peg Simon spent the first part of her career working with a group of Ear, Nose and Throat surgeons. Her diagnostic and hearing instrument experience with the doctors helped round out the education she received after attaining her masters degree in Audiology from Central Michigan University in 1985. Feeling a need to find a better business solution to help all people with hearing loss, Peg established the Hearing Wellness Center in 2004. Inspired by the founders of Wireless Hearing Solutions, her business brought the “Loop America” initiative to her local area. Since then, the Hearing Wellness Center has looped over forty buildings in the community.
TRAINING
Scott Peyton is a 15 year veteran in the Army Corps of Engineers. During this time he built, advised, and facilitated major construction projects and techniques throughout Europe and the United States. He holds a Masters degree in Business from Webster University, and several undergraduate degrees from Drury College. Scott has worked as the Executive Director of a local deaf and hard of hearing non-profit service organization and is proficient in the design and installation of induction loop systems. He has spent thousands of hours facilitating training sessions in topics ranging from psychodynamics to advanced project management. .
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Brenda has many years of experience in the hearing industry. She has worked in four hearing centers doing everything from front desk work to hearing aid repair and processing. Brenda has been involved in the design and installation of many loops as Terry’s assistant. She knows Wireless Hearing Solutions from the ground up. She’s been involved in every aspect of setting up the business from programming the online store to stocking the shelves. She can answer most of your questions and will make sure you get the quality of care we expect for our customers.
CREATIVE DEPARTMENT
Laura is the daughter of owners Peg and Terry Simon. She is proficient in Power Point and enjoys helping her father by setting up the presentations for seminars and the Wireless Hearing Solution’s training school.

FOUNDERS AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Christine Diles, Au.D. has been a clinical audiologist since 1980, working in both private practice and medical settings. Dr. Diles has provided diagnostic evaluations for various ENT physicians as well as at Marin General Hospital in Greenbrae, CA. She has also been involved in rehabilitation, including hearing aid dispensing and patient education since her career began. Presently, Dr. Diles is in private practice providing both diagnostic and rehabilitation services to patients.
Bill Diles, M.A. received his Masters degree from Ohio University and has been in private practice in Santa Rosa, CA since 1981. In response to his patients' desire for clear and direct TV listening, Bill has provided wireless hearing assistance in over 900 of his patients' homes. As a result, he has seen significant improvement in patient satisfaction. Bill has now taken this technology into his community where he is looping banks and pharmacies.
Greg Steele holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University and has spent most of his 25-year career in the high tech industry. He has served as the Chief Operating Officer for telecommunications provider Advanced Fibre Communications and the Chief Executive Officer for the staffing and consulting firm The Nelson Family of Companies. Greg has also served on several non-profit Boards including the Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, United Way, and the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts.
